ABOUT THE TEEN & ADULT PROGRAM
The Teen & Adult Kenpo program at Ryūshin Budo Kai is built on structured progression, disciplined practice, and technical precision. Training is designed to develop both physical capability and mental resilience.
Students are challenged to improve not only in skill, but in focus, accountability, and control.
This is not recreational fitness.
It is traditional martial training.

SAFETY & CONTROL
Safety is a shared responsibility.
All drills and partner exercises are conducted under instructor supervision. Students are trained to:
